The site will open to participants at 10AM and remain open throughout the night.  Check-in at front gate and then continue to field registration at the HQ/ADC’s tent beside Redoubt 4 for camp assignments/layout, directions and the usual waivers.

The site will open to LATE ARRIVING participants till 11AM!
Checkin at front gate,
PARK your VEHICLE in the participant’s lot and then continue to field registration at the HQ/ADC’s tent beside Redoubt 4.

Saturday:

Morning Parade before the redoubt at 10AM (unit reports due at that time)

Staff Officers and Battery Officers meeting immediately following parade.  All line officers and NCOs attend to your units.  Your staff officers will meet w/ you at their convenience.

Each Battery will perform School of the Gun at a specified time in the morning, for the benefit of your crews and for public spectacle. (figure two rounds each gun)

Infantry and Cavalry Units should use this time to drill your troops.

12:30PM combined weapon’s inspection on the parade.

1:30PM—3:30PM: Sorties and skirmishes (unscripted) to be held in area before Redoubt Four.  CS/US numbers should be 50/50 via volunteers.

4PM: Evening Parade (officers) to ACCOUNT for all troops in case of injury.

3PM participant camps close to the public

Those participants already on site by 4PM and pre-registered are welcomed to tour the river batteries by boat compliments of the park.  Trip is limited to the first 40 in period attire and weather permitting

If in before 8:30 you may unload a vehicle on the battlefield road to setup your camp, but no cars past the RD4 sallyport after 8AM and all vehicles should be stowed by 9:30AM.

If Arriving on Sunday Morning for just the day, you should not need to bring your vehicle into the redoubt area, so just park and report directly to HQ.

Very late arrivals may take that time to bring in their vehicles to setup their camps.  Early departures may take that time to prepare to leave the park, with our thanks for tireless service.  ALL VEHICLES must be out of the interpretive area by 5:30!!!.
NO CARS IN ON SUNDAY MORNING so plan accordingly.
