Chastang Field is the largest group rental area in the park. It is named in honor of colonial-era settler Joseph Chastang, who owned the property prior to the founding of the town of Blakeley. Perfect for large group activities and camping, it is located near the site of the historic town and waterfront and has easy access to several trail systems. It may be reserved for day use and camping.

Rate:

Day use: $100 per day for up to 20 guests, regular rates apply for additional guests.

Camping: $100 minimum per night for up to 20 people, additional campers $5 each per night for age 6 and up​

Reservations for first night are nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation the remainder of your balance may be applied to any other park facility rental, service, or merchandise for up to a year from the original rental date. Portable restrooms in addition to those provided at each site may be rented at cost to park; presently $68 each.
