Historic Blakeley State Park welcomes the “Ghost Hunting Housewives” for a series of unique interactive educational programs combining a look into the park’s storied past with a special introduction to paranormal investigation!
Learn about the enduring legends and lore associated with the ghost town of Blakeley and get an opportunity to tag along with veteran ghost hunters as they search for paranormal evidence.
GHH has over two decades of experience in leading ghost hunts. Participants will get a chance to use and purchase modern ghost hunting equipment, such as EMF meters, REM Pods, and dowsing rods as GHH staff search for evidence of the spirits of those who fought on Alabama’s largest Civil War battlefield.
All programs are scheduled for 7:00-10:00 PM. Each will focus on a different area of the park.
Acclaimed educator and author Harriet Outlaw will introduce the program with a little history of the park and its enduring legends
